Work product created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio and case studies unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.
While we strive to deliver excellent results, SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and website technical infrastructure.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue results.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other clients, or is otherwise inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which Titans Digital operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada.
